A man called the workplace asking for some assistance. He and his wife had been separated for more than 6 months. His solicitor confirmed that he could divorce her on the grounds of adultery and that because her boyfriend was in paid employment and should be contributing to the home hold they should be able to force the sale with the residence and decrease the quantity of maintenance our client was paying.
